Brookies N' More started as a hobby. It was a staple dessert that I would take to family and holiday gatherings. Family and guests loved and enjoyed the brookies so much and would tell me I should sell them. I thought to myself, I just want everyone to enjoy a home baked dessert when we get together. So, one day, I posted a picture of the original chocolate chip brookie on Facebook. These were the same brookies headed to a family BBQ gathering. The responses from the picture shocked me, because people started asking questions. Questions like, where and how can I order some, how much do they cost and what's the recipe.
Thus, at this point, I had to come up with a price and quantity. On August 6, 2016, I sold my first dozen original chocolate chip brookies and have been selling them ever since. What started as a hobby, became a demand for brookies on a regular basis. Once my entrepreneurial spirit kicked in, it became a pleasure to bake.
